Spanish Coaching Programme

By completing this payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and apply to all coaching services offered by the company.

Note: For the purposes of this agreement, “spanishwithabeel” refers to the coaching services commercially promoted under this name, including the associated Instagram account (@spanishwithabeel). These services are legally provided and billed through Fluent Spanish Club LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

1. Programme Structure and Duration

This is a private Spanish coaching programme designed to improve fluency through live sessions, practical activities, and personalised support.

The standard structure is based on a three-month plan, which includes:

  • Weekly lessons
  • Weekly practice activities
  • An initial evaluation (for three-month programmes)
  • Unlimited direct support from the coach during the contracted period
  • A final evaluation session to assess progress

Alternative durations (e.g. 4, 5, 6 months or more) and additional resources may be offered at the sole discretion of the coach or company, depending on the client’s level and objectives.

2. Payment Terms

  • The full programme fee is due upon enrolment.
  • If payment is split via an external provider (e.g. Klarna, PayPal…), this is a financial agreement between the client and the provider. Fluent Spanish Club LLC receives the full amount at the beginning of the programme.
  • Instalments do not alter the fixed nature or duration of the service.

3. Subscription and Renewals

  • Standard three-month programmes may be offered under a subscription model, with automatic renewal every three months.
  • If you do not wish to continue, cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before the renewal date.
  • If no cancellation is received in time, the programme will automatically renew for another three months.
  • This subscription is not cancellable once the new period has begun.

⚠️ Please note: The message “You can cancel your subscription at any time” that appears in the Stripe payment form is a default message generated by the platform. It does not reflect the specific cancellation policy of this programme.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase if no service has been used.
  • If the service begins during the 14-day window (e.g. attending a class or accessing coaching support), this right is waived.
  • After 14 days, no cancellations or refunds will be offered, under any circumstances.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are available once the programme has started.

5. Programme Validity and Inactivity

  • The programme must be completed within the agreed period.
  • If you need to pause, you must notify the coach. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the company.
  • If you fail to attend any sessions or communicate for more than 45 days, without valid justification, your access to the programme will expire, and remaining sessions will be forfeited.
  • No refund or extension will be granted in such cases.

6. Scheduling and Missed Classes

  • Classes are booked via an online system, subject to availability.
  • You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a lesson, and at least 6 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Otherwise, it will be considered completed.
  • If you do not attend a session and do not notify the coach, he/she will wait 15 minutes. After that, the class is marked as completed and will not be rescheduled.

7. Language and Communication

The goal of the programme is to build Spanish fluency, regardless of your starting level. English may be used to support communication when necessary, especially at beginner levels.

8. Access to Extra Materials

Some programmes (e.g. extended-duration plans) may include:

  • Recorded classes
  • Downloadable materials
  • Private access to communities or groups, etc.

These resources are strictly personal, non-transferable, and accessible only during the active period of your plan. Sharing, distributing, or copying any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • All class content, exercises, and recordings are the intellectual property of Fluent Spanish Club LLC.
  • Recording, sharing, or republishing any part of the service—without prior written consent—is prohibited.
  • Your personal information and communication are kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.

10. Invoicing and Client Eligibility

  • This service is provided exclusively to private individuals.
  • If you would like your company to reimburse you, you may request an invoice or payment receipt.
  • Invoices can be issued through Fluent Spanish Club LLC, registered in the U.S., and do not include tax unless required by law.

11. Availability by Country

This programme is available worldwide, except in countries restricted by Stripe, international sanctions, or banking regulations.

12. Programme Reservation Policy

In some cases, clients may choose to delay the start of the programme (for example, to begin at the start of a new month or a later agreed date). To secure a place in advance, a non-refundable reservation payment is required.

This reservation confirms your place in the programme for the agreed start period. However, this payment will not be refunded under any circumstances, including if the client later decides not to proceed.

This reservation fee is considered a cost for administrative planning, onboarding, and preparatory work required by the coach and the company in anticipation of the programme.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.
